Help for Birth Trauma

Gifting yourself the time
About Birth Trauma
Giving birth is a person experience, hopefully a beautiful memorable one. The labour can sometimes be problematic and quite often the mother is left with a bitter sweet feeling. Socially, the expectation is all about your bundle of joy, with little or no time for self, dependant on circumstances. In the real light of day, your body may need extra support for healing or your emotional/mental self needs extra time to find resolution.
Gifting yourself the time for the integrative sessions can be transformative. Creating change for self and therefor effecting your external life.

What is PST?
Psychosexual Somatics® Therapy (PST) is an evolutionary, body-oriented therapeutic modality dealing with sexual and intimacy issues, developed by Mike Lousada. Unlike many somatic sexology trainings, PST approaches sexuality through the heart, not through the genitals. It is a unique combination of psychotherapeutic and bodywork disciplines, based on the understanding that most sexual issues present as a combination of cognitive (mind) and somatic (body) symptoms. It is only by addressing both mind and body, therefore, that full resolution can be achieved.
