Some time ago, cranio-sacral therapy in water was introduced to the north west.  Debbie, along with another gifted therapist, Alison Baron, facilitated some deep healing work. The new adventure was both powerful and profound...

In the Preston area, there is a beautiful accessible and secluded location; the grounds are  wonderful and the privately hired, heated swimming pool has an adjoining restaurant and gift shop.

The sessions last for half an hour per client with the option of one or two therapists.

 This is a very unique experience incorporating the powerful, soothing qualities of the water element together with the deeper connection with your 'inner physician' and the opportunity of having two sets of hands on you creates the optimum healing environment.

Conflict & Healing

Every cell holds memory and is a hologram of the rest of the body. It has the intelligence of every trauma and how to heal it. With that in mind, I also believe that as humans, we are a hologram of our external environment, including the rest of the world. By owning and healing our own 'war', i.e. anger, resentment, hurt, etc., we then effect firstly how we feel as individuals internally, which automatically changes the dynamics of our external environment. This has the opportunity to change and heal ill feelings from war to peace.
